A selection of my work across journalism, scientific publishing, and digital media. I’ve delivered high-volume editorial output, SEO-driven content, and technical communications for global organisations and leading online publications.
My work combines strong editorial judgement, clear writing, and data-led strategy to produce content that is accurate, engaging, and built to perform across platforms.
As Associate Editor at Dot Esports, I worked at scale in a fast-paced digital newsroom, editing and publishing over 400 articles per month. I managed and developed a team of writers, providing detailed feedback to improve quality and consistency across the site.
Alongside editing, I wrote news and evergreen content, covered major game releases and events, and used SEO tools, analytics, and search trends to shape content strategy. My work focused on delivering accurate, engaging content quickly while maintaining high editorial standards and strong search performance.
At CBR, I launched and led a dedicated trading card game section, building a team of writers and establishing editorial processes from the ground up. I produced and edited SEO-focused content designed to rank in search and perform on platforms such as Google Discover. Working in a high-volume environment, I balanced speed with quality, ensuring consistent output while maintaining strong editorial standards. I also created visual assets and optimised articles for performance, helping grow a new content vertical in a competitive space.
At the University of Cambridge, I worked as a Science Writer and Communications Coordinator, producing news, features, and long-form content on cutting-edge research. I led editorial output for major initiatives, including communications for the Graphene Flagship, one of Europe's largest scientific funders.
My role included managing content pipelines, editing print publications, and collaborating with researchers, designers, and external partners. I specialised in making complex scientific topics clear and engaging while maintaining accuracy and authority, particularly as the editor of Graphene Magazine and the Graphene Flagship Annual Report.
As a Publishing Editor at the Royal Society of Chemistry, I coordinated peer review and edited scientific manuscripts for publication in high-impact general chemistry journals. I worked closely with authors and reviewers to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency across complex material. Alongside this, I wrote science news articles for Chemistry World, translating advanced research into accessible content.
